For most stores with a straightforward product catalog, Shopify is the better choice — it's faster to launch, easier to manage, and handles hosting and security for you. Go custom when you need unique checkout flows, complex product configurations, or a marketplace model.
Are payment processing fees included in your pricing?
No. Our pricing covers the development work. Payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for Stripe) are billed directly by your payment provider. Shopify also has its own plan costs ($29-399/month).
Can you migrate my existing store to a new platform?
Yes. We can migrate products, customers, and order history between platforms. Migrations typically fall under the Growth tier. We'll ensure your SEO rankings are preserved with proper redirects.
Do you handle product photography or copywriting?
We focus on the technical build. You'll need to provide product images and descriptions. We can recommend photographers and copywriters in our network if you need help with that.
